To all who choose to read this let there be no mistake this is not about health care. Health care is only a battle being fought in this now raging cultural war for our future as surely as if we had been invaded by a foreign power intent upon subjugation. We are at war with virulent forces from within who do not understand and recklessly seek to destroy what we are: “one nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all.” This is “justice under law” and decidedly not the socialistic confiscation and wealth redistribution defined by the radical left and Marxists as “social justice.”
Can anyone doubt given what has happened that the “Progressives” (the resurrected Mensheviks and Bolsheviks of an earlier Marxist age as I see them) now in power believe that “the end justifies the means .” More simply stated in the words of their leaders they believe that they are mandated to “revolution” and to effect “change America can believe in.” With the ignorance of historical precedence and the arrogance of thought they accept power as a “sanction” nefariously wrested from the people “for their own good” as they deem it in their effete world view. In the consolidation of power they may at worst now in their unfettered choice govern in the manner of the confiscatory moribund nations of old, the memories of which lie broken in the toxic waste heap of history, or in the manner of the toxic spawn namely the present day anemic political cultures of continental Europe. All this is being presently done without the consent of the people. This is the “change we can now believe in.”In the collective ego and world view of the Statist there is no “constitutional” impediment or limitation of any sort to what they will do or are capable of doing. It is government of a person not of a people that they seek (“vote to save my presidency” demands their leader of his congressional blue party of lemmings as he leads them to the cliff’s edge even if it is obviously against the will of the people. He argues in sum “I am telling you to vote for my presidency and that it is the ‘right thing’ to do” and that we as “Progressives” have it within our power to bestow ‘rights’ upon those likely to vote for us at the expense of others who will not). The “cult of the personality” is now unabashedly revisited albeit in an embryonic state at present. To say that the “cult of the personality” used by history’s villains Lenin, Stalin, Hitler, Mao Tse Tung, Mussolini, Pol Pot, Fidel Castro, Hugo Chavez, etc., is emerging in America you must understand “Marxism“.
“Marxism“ is defined as the system of thought developed by Karl Marx, along with Fredrick Engels, esp. the doctrine that the state throughout history has been a device for the exploitation of the masses by a dominant class, that class struggle has been the main agency of historical change, and that the capitalist system, containing from the first the seeds of its own decay will inevitably, after the period of the dictatorship of the proletariat, be superseded by a socialist order and a classless society.

A dictator is “a person exercising absolute power, esp. one who assumes absolute control in a government without the free consent of the people.” Marxism requires a dictator by definition. I submit that a leader who can demand and control the vote of his party’s congressmen to vote against the will of the people and in the process confiscate and redistribute more of their wealth has the power of a dictator. This will not do for America and is not presidential leadership permitted or envisioned by our Constitution.
The “Progressive Collectivists” are now lifted up by the pride and arrogance begotten of a 2008 presidential election built on fraud as the polls now tell us. Americans did not vote for Socialism. Progressives seek in their full scale assault from every direction to put the smothering shadow of collectivism over the “bright and shining city on the hill” and to turn out the light of individual freedom and opportunity forever. We have never seen this before as we were once but are no longer “united” in common understanding and purpose as a nation. The well being, souls and the freedom of the productive men and women who abide in the “shining city on the hill” are put in great peril by the greedy and gluttonous progressive power mongers. So goes it with the rest of the world if this “light and beacon of freedom” goes out. May it never be so.
What is America you may ask? America is and always has been first and foremost the affirmation of the faith of its citizens. The United States is the great experiment in positive thinking, our entire system of government is based upon faith in the inherent goodness of the individual. It was a revolutionary idea when the Declaration of Independence was signed 234 years ago and it is as fresh and ageless now as it was then. In America the nobility of man is the ideal to aspire to and our citizens are in turn judged by their individual accomplishments and their respect for the inalienable rights given to all by the Creator and Nature’s God. Our founding fathers established a form of government of the people that today is the model for individual freedom and copied around the world. Economic and political conditions ebb and flow but as long as we have a democratic society that celebrates the individual, we can achieve anything in life that we desire. All you require to be successful in the United States is the desire to achieve success and the determination to stick with it until you reach your goals.
We have in our glorious history had good reason to believe that our Creator has given to each of us the inalienable rights of “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” From divine inspiration we have made it so. Even if our reach as men and women, as history has shown, has not always equaled our grasp we as a historic people of unique virtue have striven to right the wrongs done against these same inalienable rights given to all. In this virtue of “Veritas” embodied in our Declaration of Independence and The Constitution of The United States of America lies the power of the people not of the person or political party to improve the condition of our country and the latitude within which to justly do so. We live now within the framework of a Constitutional Republic and not by the whim of any ideologue enabled by supportive political mob like minions. The ends do not justify the means used to attain them in the United States of America. May it never be so from our Atlantic to Pacific shores nor aboard our ships at sea.
Unfortunately as former FBI director Frank Webster described post Soviet Russia in a 1995 white paper America has become what he then described as a criminal syndicalistic society emerging in Russia. He found: (1) a corrupt government, (2) a corrupt business class and (3) a historic well organized criminal class. He foresaw in this the emergence of a “dark side” in Russia which would threaten and if unchecked would destroy the fledgling democracy the long suffering Russians so desired.
In present day America the many examples of corruption: ‘Enron’, ‘Bernie Madoff’, ‘Wall Street Privateers’, ‘Chicago Style Politics’, ‘Acorn’, the Nebraska ‘Corn Husker Deal’, ‘Louisiana Purchase’, Florida ‘ Gatorade’, and all the hundreds of other corrupt dealings that we know about, prove the existence of a rotting criminal miasma in Washington D.C. Americans are challenged to get our country out of this swamp if we are to maintain the freedoms and the inalienable rights that we believe we have.
I discount the ignorant cynic who knows not of the history of the struggle for freedom and that “the price of victory is eternal vigilance” is more than just a platitude.
America’s Congress should not seek to govern like a “sausage factory” where the legislative end products (borne of corruption) are shoved down the throats of the people and are not subject to rejection even when exposed to the light of day. These “pork”laden links of corruption stuffed into the thin membranes of the fraudulent tissue of “back room deals” are abhorrent to civic stability and to the concept of equal justice under law. The apologists for the progressive order would have you believe that the inevitable metaphorical “sausage factory” is and always has been and will in the future be the that way things are done. This is not so. It is not an astonishing naivete to observe that in the past Americans through; (1) the ballot box , (2) a vigilant court system founded upon the “Rule of Law,” and (3) at times of great need the veto power of their president loyal to the Constitution, had the ability to throw out the spoiled and corrupt product of the “sausage factory” by not consenting to it. Healthy politics is the art of debate and compromise remembering that you cannot compromise the truth. It is referred to as “checks and balances” and when it does not work the storm approaches. To be forced to endure the rotten dishonest legislative handiwork of the “sausage factory” will sicken the mind which can be likened to being forced to consume rotten sausage which will sicken and inevitably kill the body. It is by our constitutional standards still the law of the land that we have the hope to prevent this.
Americans historically have pursued the truth in all of their dealings and the pursuit of truth is the deepest human aspiration . It has made America great. It is the one thing that has distinguished mankind from all other animals including communists and statists of every sort. In contemplation of Truth man is most like God. Truth gives you three points of reference (1.) where you have been, (2.) where you are and (3.) where you are going. We all have in common “Time” and with it the Past, Present and Future . To affix your point of reference in real time you must have “Truth.” An accountant uses; a financial statement (where a person or business has been), a balance sheet and profit and loss statement (where the person or business is) and a cash flow projection ( where they are going.). As a navigator the accountant must depend upon the truth of the numbers. So it is with all professions and businesses except government. Politics and the success of the statist agenda as the Nazi minister of propaganda, Josef Goebbels, who controlled the press, once said depends upon, thrives , survives and succeeds with “propaganda” i.e. Lies. The organized lying practiced by totalitarian states and published by the press is done to reward their justification for existence and therefore history must be created and recreated rather than learned to suit their purpose.
Many speak of “Communism” but to understand it you must define it first:
“Communism“ is a theory or system of social organization based on the holding of all property in common, actual ownership being ascribed to the community as a whole or to the state. A system of social organization in which all economic and social activity is controlled by a totalitarian state dominated by a single and self-perpetuating party.

Those who think “Socialism” is the lesser of two evils would do well to understand its definition as well.
“Socialism” is defined as a theory or system of social organization which advocates the vesting of the ownership and control of the means of production, capital, land, etc., in the community as a whole . . . in Marxist theory the stage following Capitalism in the transition of a society to Communism, characterized by the imperfect implementation of collectivist principles.

I cannot believe that the majority of freedom loving Americans voted for “Socialism” in the 2008 presidential election as opined by avowed redistribution of wealth advocate Al Sharpton. The move to Socialism is testament to governance without consent of the governed.
In the pursuit of truth Americans have heretofore prospered and have survived the tyranny of an English king, attacks from foreign shores, Communism and Marxism, Nazism, Socialism, and all the threats of Statists both foreign and domestic. Our greatest threat is now upon us. Never before in our history has our government which has as its first task to “support and defend the Constitution of the United states of America” been in the hands of two branches of government, congress and the presidency, which seek together through fiat not of the people to “change” forever the foundation of our great and beautiful country. If their path is to be followed they will take our people and future generations into a repository of teeming mediocrity, an entitlement society ignorant of and non observant of the principles of our founding fathers. A place far from the “shining city upon a hill.” The new class of entitlement “mediocrats” will be maintained and educated to vote for their masters in a sham of a constitutional republic and thanks to years of public indoctrination they will sell their freedom cheaply. “No wealth may be created in Cuba by our children as you cannot create wealth by redistributing it” I was told by a doctor in Havana Cuba in 2003. In the soviet entitlement communist society that I have previously written about, the people pretended to work and the government pretended to pay them. This is not the America I want for our children.
Last year I raised the “Bull Dog” 13 star flag of young America over Baltimore’s Fort McHenry and as I watched it unfurl in the strong breeze above this historic site I felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the great honor and privilege to be an American and an heir to the legacy of personal liberty and freedom that our flag symbolizes. The Constitution does not and should not offer a Byzantine labyrinth for corrupt politicians , judges and/or presidents of any stripe to by subterfuge and dishonest dealing control the liberty and confiscate the property of our citizens. The recognition , application, support and defense of the structure of the Constitution ensures governance with the consent of the governed. Without it as in all other societies of the past there will be a revolution of a type yet to be decided. The Constitution of the United States of America provides a direct and transparent guide and pathway to the “shining city on the hill.” There everyone has an opportunity to succeed and to reap rewards of their individually earned success. I renew my vow to “support and defend” this greatest and most divinely inspired document of all human history “from all enemies foreign and domestic.” God bless the United States of America and keep this dear land in His Grace.
